As his engine is screwed now and it is out of the car, I think this could get one of the new fuel injection system that can be set to enrich under boost and you will get some very controlled Duel Turbo power. They look like a carburetor in the old school V8 with new school invention.

When I had my turbo 914 2.0 in 79 the problem was always not correct enrichment under boost.

So I looked at the extra pictures of this car in it current state. It does have a fuel injection in it or with it.

Lot of stuff to work out for a buyer but it does have a lot of good parts. The 915 box is shifted by a linkage. Recaro seats. It is very dirty and do not know how many miles where put on this set up. I believe fiberglass flares.

It is in Kentucky very far from Los Angeles.

These SB Chev engines are repairable at low $$ cash outlay, if its just in need of a basic rebuild. For about $3,500 I built this 350 LT-1 series with a bunch of go fast parts, efi and making approx 400 hp. That 914 would have a cool Fun Factor (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Attached Image

Total hotrod. Seems like you would want to cut out the box tube “chassis stiffener” and install traditional long reinforcement. Even with slicks it will be a handful when boost arrives.
