I bought a 73 914 from Bring a Trailer, it’s a mess. Where can I find hinges for the rear trunk lid?

Thank you

Do you need the pivot that welds to the car or the attaching piece from the lid to the pivot? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thisthreadisworthlesswithoutpics.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/welcome.png)

If you're looking for stock hinges, I have a few set you can have for shipping from 94952. PM me if you're interested.

And check to see that your hinge mounting points aren't cracked or that, if they were, that they are properly repaired and in the correct spot - else the lid won't ever sit correctly.
You can also get a set of Jwest rear trunk pivots. IMO, that'd be the way to go unless you're committed to stock parts.
