I purchased an aftermarket steering wheel which comes with a hub adapter. Does the adapter simply attach to what's there after I remove the wheel? There are three screws on the bottom of the adapter that are partially seated. Instructions that came with the wheel are minimal. Anybody know what those screws are for? Does the hub adapter just slide on the grooves of the steering column? TIA

3 screws on the bottom are for the horn ring. Remove this ring from your original steering wheel.
