I seem to have misplaced one engine tin.

Who has one identified here:
(I think it is the passenger side, even though it is laying on the driver's side in the pic)

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i366.photobucket.com-10819-1490063184.1.jpg)

I believe it is item #20 from the PET katalog page 60 (022 119 361 - air duct)

I am powder coating now so not finding this will hold up my engine reassembly.

I'm SURE I will find it as soon as the replacement arrives, but until then..... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Off topic, but what's up with those tins. They have cut-outs I haven't seen.

They have cutouts on each side to help clear the suspension ear reinforcements during removal/install.
Then cylinder three has a removable panel around the sparkplug so I can manage a cylinder head temp sensor.
When you remove the plugs as frequently as I do the CHT sensor is a huge PITA.
