I took my car to a Swap Meet today and as kinda a joke I put it in the For Sale section knowing that I would get a good parking space... Well I have several people interested @
Before I sell I sell it to a total stranger, I know there are people here that know & lust after this car. This is a very low mileage, beautiful car. However the car is Up For sale! It is the Current Car of the Month (if they ever Post it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) ) I may be in for a geographical move and can't move 2 cars much less Four! I'm willing to sell this GREAT Example for $23,000! |

That is a beautiful car - wish it were in my garage. Good luck if you let it go.

I'm not familiar with this car. What makes it worth $35K....is it a 6 conversion?

TC you always have very nice cars. You get them and fix them up, enjoy them for a little while and let them go to a new caregiver.
I hope your rebuild on you knee works out well. Bob B |

I looked at all the threads and can't seem to find that info. really curious It's a 2.0 - according to all the Records, it has never been opened up. On one of the Repairs sheets it has a Dyno number with a crazy number that I dismissed since the car had been converted to Carbs. However it is The Strongest 914 2.0 motor outside of a high-strung race motor that I have driven. It has Weber Carbs. The Car will come with a Fuel Injection System that I bought from a fellow member here. I would put it at about 90% complete by looking at it. MSD Ignition - Billet Dizzy, New Upgrade Box, Wires, etc S/S Heat Exchangers into a Triad Dual Outlet Exhaust with Custom Rear Valance |

as a Sidenote, if possible I would like to sell the car in the next month. As sometime in September I will be getting my Knee Replaced and quite frankly will not be able to get around very well ( much less getting in & out of a 914). So while I will not give the car away, it will be a good deal for the Buyer!
I've thought this through a bit more. If I truly want to sell it in the next few weeks, I can't put a Price that may be her worth, but not what will sell. So there is a $5k Drop. If that doesn't move it, it will never get sold Attached image(s) |

If the right Buyer shows up, I might buy a Tangerine Linkage and put it in the deal. The Car will come with a Fuel Injection System that I bought from a fellow member here.
