Hi. do you have any video of this car running? would be cool to see and hear it. I checked out the links for the build thread. very nicely done. Thanks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chowtime.gif) I could do that at next weekends Cars & Coffee especially if smg914 shows up Thanks! would you mind giving a detailed description about the engine? I looked at all the threads and can't seem to find that info. really curious It's a 2.0 - according to all the Records, it has never been opened up. On one of the Repairs sheets it has a Dyno number with a crazy number that I dismissed since the car had been converted to Carbs. However it is The Strongest 914 2.0 motor outside of a high-strung race motor that I have driven. It has Weber Carbs - I think the linkage that is the limiter. If the right Buyer shows up, I might buy a Tangerine Linkage and put it in the deal. The Car will come with a Fuel Injection System that I bought from a fellow member here. I would put it at about 90% complete by looking at it. MSD Ignition - Billet Dizzy, New Upgrade Box, Wires, etc S/S Heat Exchangers into a Triad Dual Outlet Exhaust with Custom Rear Valance Thanks for the info! My Buddy at Cars & Coffee was more technically challenged than most, so that Video didn't make it, so I took another one in my garage. You will see the Buzzer still works when the door is open, it starts right up (and always does), idles nice. Runs like a Champ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hu4iNULC7-E |

Good luck! My father-in-law (~65) had his knee replaced last year and is now looking forward to doing the other knee --he is much more active. That said, he was miserable from the pain and life disruption for almost six months... not an easy path back.
