How much for just the trunk lid? To be honest, I'm still on the fence whether to try to repair my lid or replace it. |

Looks like it was previously worked on. The engine lid would be $150 + shipping. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i12.photobucket.com-11800-1492100977.1.jpg) |

Another member has a sail panel he can cut to my specifications that I'm working with. I'll let you know about the trunk lid. Like I said, I'm still on the fence about whether I can save mine. |

[/quote] FYI, Just wanted to add that I have shipped trunk lids before through Greyhound Bus Freight, It's usually the best deal for large pieces like this. You may want to look into this if you have a bus station nearby to you. Cheers, Dominic |

You may want to look into this if you have a bus station nearby to you. Cheers, Dominic Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately, they closed our bus station a couple years ago but we still have a Greyhound bus stop at the local Wally-mart. Don't know if that works, but I plugged some dummy values into the Greyhound Express freight quoter and was able to get a quote for my destination. And there is a station an hour away. So I think this could work. Shipping is always a challenge up here in the sticks so this is great to know. |
