Big day we started and ran our 914 project car! The gremlins are still around and making life interesting. Our question is on the linkage on a side shifter where it goes into the transmission. Not sure if things were missing when we bought the car. I've attached a picture, are we missing anything? And if we are can someone recommend a source? After several adjustments we have all but second gear working. Not sure what our next step should be. Thanks in advance. Attached Image

That's a tail shifter linkage. Aside from the protective boot I don't see anything missing.
