I have been told that the Hella Euro turn signal lens are gone. You will have to find some one that has them in hand or laying on the shelf. Web sites have not pulled them down yet. My source in Europe told me it was happening but I thought there would be plenty on the shelf in the USA but not true. Warehouse distributors are out. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Wow. I'm glad I finally opened checkbook for a pair of those last year. If you miss out on the OEM's 914rubber is planning a run on those soon.

I read a post a week or two ago (maybe from you Mark!) that Hella wasn't making them any more, so I ordered a set from SMC. They arrived last week and are correct with the Hella markings.

Well mine don't say Hella but we will have these in stock and ready to ship in a day or so. The price is right.
But do snap up the originals (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I just ordered a set from Amazon for $77 delivered. We will see if they show up.... I know the ones on my Six were in good condition, I think. But it would be nice to have a spare set.

Think I'll get a set of the Euro lenses from Mark to have on hand for my '73. Just got the Italian (clear) from him to have as extras for my silver '71. They look great on a silver car.

Did you notice that Amazon said there were ONLY 2 Left? Find them now before they leave the shelf.

Mark,
Thank you for getting the replacements ready.

A month ago, I ordered four from Rockauto. They still list them as being in stock.

I just needed new ones, didn't think they would stop making them.

One of the things you will find in this brave new world of parts sales is parts channels dropping the same inventory into multiple sales channels. Most don't have physical stock, but use drop ship arrangements listing the same inventory across all.

Mark:

Are you making the Euro style lens?
I see the US and clear ones on your website, but not the Euro's.
I'd like a set if you'll make them.
Thx

not listed on the site yet we are making up a backstock. They will $32 each, but may do a GB. These do take some labor to make so we have to figure out where we land so we don't get too upside down.
