I can't find anyone in the Nashville TN area that can fix a bropken hinge on my rear trunk. I bought the item from Pelican to fix it, can't find an actual hinge. I can't figure it out. Thank you

I have no idea what that is. I was hoping for info on someone in the Nashville Tn area who could fix it, knew someone who could, even if that person is in middle Tennessee.
Thank you
