There is nothing illegal with what he is doing. Illegal for someone to put it on a stolen car. Vin Tags have been around forever. Go to any Hareley site, tags go from 3000$ to 5000$. If you know where to look, tags can be found (copies) right down to the oem rivots. I just have a problem with it on Ebay rather then in a 914 site/classifieds. Did you get my PM a while ago?
