Seat belts inside ( as opposed to the outside), you can play your favorite radio station on the am/fm cassette player and the targa top is a fully functional example. $27k. Classic ad....

What would an unrusted, original paint number matching 76, 2.0 go for?
You do have to find all the FI parts.

That would be an engine code # ... VIN would start with 475 or 476

Just had a chance to look at all the pix

Will the after market side trim screw up the paint when it's removed?

The F.I. components have been removed and the worst carb conversion one can do was installed (also, wouldn't pass smog in California).

Looks like it leaks like a sieve

Still not worth $27k or $28k in my eyes

Yes it will. It's either screwed or riveted on. I have the same crap on my car. Haven't removed it yet because the paint is slightly different underneath. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)

Good thing it has the "optional manual top" otherwise I wouldn't even consider it. I feel embarrassed for these guys.

Prime example of a seller that claims to be a sports car specialist and is too lazy to even research inventory stock details.
What is it with the ride height (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif) ,looks like Erics offroader (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) .
Yep makes you feel sorry for the guy selling cause he is a clown and lets hope no one pays that .....but you never know (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) .

Yeah that luggage rack has to go. AND the carb. Might have the wrong springs on it.

Doesn't look like a BAD car foundation-wise but to tart it up with extra armor all and describe it so poorly... It could be $10kish but $28k is crazy money unless the VIN ends in 4092 or higher.

That is the gapping maw to accomedate the AC condenser. It looks much larger than the one in my car that had a non functional AC set up. There will be hose sized holes all over the car and the pass side engine shelve will be hacked as well. Major pita to undo.

There is a place like that in Ft. Worth. All consignment. Every kind of car you can imagine. This one advertises 500 cars to look at indoors.

Boy, it has all the stuff I hate, except a body kit.

- Fake-Looking wheels: Check!
- Luggage rack: Check!
- Single-carb conversion: Check!
- Smog test required in CA: Check!
- Air conditioning: Check!
- Add-on side trim: Check!

Good thing I'm not buying it, then. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I hope it will go to someone who will appreciate it for what it is. But I do think whomever set the price on this one was smoking crack...
