I've got a great son-in-law. He sent me this link about a new Speedster replica in Australia. It's powered by a Subaru WRX engine and available in a mid-engine configuration. It looks like it may eventually be available outside of Australia.

120+hp with the original style suspension was a handfull back then...and now. Hopefully they did some upgrades as well.

Otherwise it's just another straight line rocketship.....
