Can some please help ID this dual carburetor linkage? It came with some Weber 44 IDFs I just picked up. I can figure out how they install on the block?

By the way....what are those quarter circle arcs on the fan housing? Always wondered why they are there....

I think that tells you there's a fan inside...

I think that tells you there's a fan inside...
