for mechanical and suspension..Marc's Automotive, Fullerton CA, 714 441 0376. He owns a 914 and has mine for engine and transmission rebuild. He already dialed in my suspension and was great fun on route 66 run through Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. For paint I am using Michaels' right behind Marcs', but I am only going for "driver" quality.
Ol sib...yet another Mike

I too recommend Marc's in Fullerton. Honest and fair prices.
