Does the clamping bolt for the curved chrome piece get installed as pictured or 180 degrees rotated?

One of the few pictures I don't have and PET is unclear.

I don't know either but I hope 914rubber makes some new ones. Mine are all rusty.

Thank you for the link. I'd still rather buy a couple sets from Mark and there's always a bunch of other stuff to add into the order.
