As the title says. I was going to put this on my 1.7 top end for a 1911 but am going a different route now. I had these rebuilt by a local re-builder about 4 months ago. Have the receipts. Bought the heads from a known member here. The only thing wrong with them was a stripped spark plug which you can see has been time certed and a burned valve. They have new seats and reground the valves, and new guides of course. No cracked fins anywhere.
These are L-jet heads, meaning they don't have a tap for a CHT. If you want them to be that can be done for extra. Otherwise you could run these with carbs as well without plugging a tapped hole. They are off a 74-75 L-jet 1.8 originally. $525 plus shipping. This is what I have into them. Price is lowered see additional info for CC volume and where the heads were done down below. I also have a really nice 1.8 case that is standard standard. I'll take $250. It has been cleaned. Perfer local pick up in So Cal. I post pics if anybody is interested.
