Be there or be square. Mark your calendars. There's no fee to sell. Not an all day affair and is pretty well finished by noon. Some of the group usually goes up to Phinney Ridge/greenwood for breakfast after the initial parts hunt. Parking spaces onsite fill pretty fast.
