Finally looking into a 5 lug conversion on my 914 and its time for the current 4 lug 2.0L Fuchs to find a new home. The wheels are to the best of my knowledge genuine with the correct stampings of 914.361.011.01 and the VW logo. They use the original 4x130 bolt pattern and are 5½ Jx15. The wheels are in good shape with minor curb rash and some scuffs (see pics) and have all four center caps and a full set of lug bolts which could use some touching up to look nice. The 4 lug painted steel spare is included as it will no longer be of much use after the conversion (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) . All tires have tread, but are getting old and hard and should probably be swapped.

Updated: Asking $1000 OBO plus shipping from S Florida or a trade for a set of four genuine 5 lug Fuchs of any style or size.

I am fairly new to the whole 914 lifestyle, so if I have something wrong just let me know (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) .

Welcome to the 914 madness. You wanted feedback...

I hope I am wrong for your sake, and I am not your buyer, but you probably have something closer to $500-600 worth of wheels/bolts there, so listen carefully to the silence if you get no response at your asking price. The steel wheel is virtually worthless. Only a local buyer will probably want the tires and only if they are in good or better condition. I have only been around 914s since the late 1970s, so there may be other opinions here. GLWTS!

Thanks for the info, I'm only going off what I learned in one day just looking to get them out the door. You know much more than I do in this regard. I just saw a similar set on the magical world of ebay and wanted to make sure I don't make a quick sale ill regret later. Thanks for the feedback.

I recently sold a set for $600 in similar condition - without bolts or caps. Add in $100 -150 for each of those items. Fuchs aren't getting any less expensive. The spare -$50.

You can probably find a set of 6-15, 5 lug Fuchs in driver condition for $1k.

This isn't eBay. No offense intended.
