I'm putting in the torsion bars right now. Next will be struts, then brakes.

Does anyone know the best place to align the "finger" on the adjusting cap? All the way at the top, or the bottom or the middle. This is before I put the screw in place to move the finger.

My assumption is as high up as I can get it, before I put the screw in. Am I correct?
