Strictly my personal opinion, but to me, the cowl is critical. If the cowl and right inner fender can be preserved, the car can be rebuilt around that. Even if those areas need repair, the integrity of the car/VIN remain intact. If you're just cutting out the inner fender and grafting on another tub, it's a different car.
