I can absolutely, positively tell everyone, when my car left CA it had no such hole. When it arrived at Kent's shop 5 years 1 month later, that hole was there. So......

Sure is prettier than the repair I did with a MIG welder and blindly pulling the trigger (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

No I don't have a punch that large so I cut it with shears and finished the edges on the sander.
