I can not believe what I saw today. Expensive 914!
A 1970 4cyl listed for $14,999. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif)
There was rust on the battery tray and underneeth the motor was prety oily.
Paint was not perfect.
Interior was nice though.

Hehe. I know that car. I looked at it a couple weeks ago. The dealership is very close to my house. It's worth maybe 3-4k? I laughed when I saw the price.

Having a high sales price just increases the values of our cars. I think 914's are way undervalued as a whole. Heck, a beetle in good condition will bring in $6k. Just my opinion. Eddy

Mueller and I looked at this car today. I agree the price "seams" high. I didnt spend much time with it after Mueller noticed the price. I hope they get what they are asking.
