I thought the spacers were only for vented discs. And the 914-6 didn't have vented discs from the factory. So they're not -6 calipers. They're 911 calipers.
Even if they were front 6 calipers, they aren't special. They're just 911 calipers, you can get them all day long relatively cheap and the spacers can be added if desired. The rear 6 calipers are unique to the six and command a higher price because of rarity. |

I know where you can get a set that has already been assembled with new parts by PMB, if anyone is interested. PM mikey914 |

PM mikey914 I think Eric told me that the Ferrari unit had something different in the bleed valve. Something in its position. Eric said he could change it. We went over it when I was looking for rears from 6s for my 74 -V8 car. Bob B |

On a 'normal' caliper you could just flip left and right. But since the eBrake is integrated, you can't do that. The eBrake arm and the bleeder need to both be in the right place. But as you said, I'm pretty sure Eric got himself set up to drill a new bleeder screw. |
