There are two holes on the bottom of the "U", and one hole on each side at the end with a nut tack welded in place. The bracket measures 5 1/2" wide and the ends are 3 1/2". I think it would be simple to make one. Its just a piece of light gage steel with two bends and four holes and two nuts.

Just make the top bracket. Like vsg said it should be pretty easy to do with some tin snips and sheet metal from the hardware store. Really you don't even need the top bracket. I have the A/C console without the A/C unit installed and it's bolted down securely enough just from the bottom.
