Hello guys,

I am looking for high compression piston - Flat Top Piston, I would prefer MAHLE, but KS will be fine (even I am not sure KS ever produce it.)

Kolbenschmidt did in fact make 94.0mm flat top pistons & cylinders for the European market. These have no dish whatsoever. The Mahle flat top pistons sold in America have a slight dish to them. I have a very nice set that came from Otto in Venice Beach. I plan on using them though.

If you can't find those, maybe some 94's from AA Performance?

You should be able to buy a new set of Mahle P&C's in a flat top but they'll set you back about $1300-1400 and they're not true flat tops as they have a slight dish to them. I'm sure Auto Atlanta and High Performance house in Redwood City, CA have them.
