I collected all these components over time to put on a '73 1.7 liter car that already had the drop link brackets on top of the front A-frames. Then a friend bought the car w/o the sway bars, so here we are !
Everything you need to add front & rear sway bars to your 914. Most 914's built had the brackets on top of the front A-arms. If yours doesn't, you can buy new ones, weld 'em on. Installing on cars that never had sway bars will require brackets (included) be MIG welded in the front & rear trunk areas. Pelican Parts has a tech article on doing this. If it's a '75 or '76 914 , you will need different brackets for the rear trunk to hold the sway bar. Gas tank does not need to be removed. Sorry for the long winded ad, but some may not be familiar with this process. Includes all new bushings for front & rear bars & drop links. Also, the elusive rear shock bolts / drop link ends. $650. for everything, shipped to lower 48. Thanks... Terry Swaybars are both sold pending payment. Thanks ... Thanks Dave, but unless someone steps up for the rear assembly only, I'd prefer to sell as a complete package.
But we'll see... anyone want the rear only ? Thanks... Terry |

You are better off to split them up as it broadens the people who might want them. It should not be hard to sell the rear. Both are getting hard to find.

Oh ...Super ! Do you have anything with this bar, or just the bar? Any hardware?
How much do you want for this bar you have ? Maybe you should list it in the classifieds with some more info, maybe some pictures ? |

So, I decided to take Bruces' advice & offer these either together for $650. shipped, or separately for $325 each, shipped. If one set sells first, then obviously the together offer is off.
Part of the value here is that I spent the time to research all that was needed to to do the install & spent the $ to acquire all the parts. This is complete. The install tutorial is offered in Pelican's Tech series & here as well (if you can find it ). Thanks... Terry |

It's not cool to hijack someone's fs with your own parts. Start a new thread. Also not cool to ask to much for mismatched used stuff (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) |

It's not cool to hijack someone's fs with your own parts. Start a new thread. Also not cool to ask to much for mismatched used stuff (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) You sir, may keep your idiotic opinions of relative values, out of my thread. You want to start a rant regarding the prices of hard to find Porsche parts, I suggest you start your own thread in the Garage section. Not that anyone cares, but it could be entertaining. You have no right to hijack someone's thread with your derogatory remarks about values. The Market will decide, in the end, what's a fair price.
