In search of guidance from someone who can provide the secret to my wobbly (loose) horn button. I have to be missing a part(s), but the diagram isn't clear enough for me to solve my problem. Does anyone have a simple list of parts in the order they belong on the column in order for me to have done this properly?

Please and thank you in advance. I'm afraid any question I ask is going to be equally basic like this one, but I am learning.

Locking ring worn or bent and yes as Mark's link suggested the rubber horn cuff could be crap, wee tip don't buy a cheap one as they are a bit (IMG:style_emoticons/default/stromberg.gif) also.
Good luck.
