Kevin,
Saturday, August 2, 10 am until? I think there will be a rendevouz just south of Portland on I-5 for a caravan. Monmouth is about 60 miles further, west of Salem. Beautiful surrounding countryside with great two lane roads. A trip to Emory's is a real treat, even if you keep your wallet in your pocket (very hard to do).

Nothing definite on meeting place/time yet, but likely 9 am or so. I think Craig Laughlin has a plan but not sure. Last time it was at Chilis at I-5/205 interchange. Personally I like the rest stop just south of Wilsonville, easy on/off and lots of parking. Stay tuned. I think our host Jamie Rust just bought a new place on an acre or two and likely has plenty of tent space. In fact I think he offered it on a post which I can't find right now.
Your pics of historics up north are whetting my appetite for next weekend in Portland.
