Looking forward to the clinic this weekend. But not the 7 hour drive (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). It's still on, right?

You guys almost make me feel guilty for coasting in around 6 hours (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

At least I don’t have to work today too, on top of the drive, like Mike is!

Funny story, I got today off so slept in a little, getting things loaded and ready right now. Plan is hit road at 12. Sleeping at shop tonight. For heat stuff, I have a huge torpedo heater that is propane powered so we should be fine. Bring warm clothes, tho. I think most of us from the north lands get that, tho.

I'm a little less than 3 hours away. Looks like a little snow is moving in. I think they said an inch throughout MD 2AM - 8AM. See you all tomorrow morning.

Awesome event that Mike's putting on, benches covered with gearboxes being refreshed, top quality instruction & much humor to boot. Here's one layout after disassembly.Attached Image
Mine however not so good, ouch! the good Doctor will have to take it with him for a fresh r/p install.

Awesome day! Hard to believe we got all those boxes rebuilt in one day (a long one).. I learned a shit load and had a great time doing it!

Thanks Mike for putting this on and Scotty B for hosting. And thanks to all the fellow attendees who lent a hand, shared tools, supplies, knowledge and humor.

Highly recommended!

Totally agree^^ . I went as an observer in Shelton, WA. Learned a bunch, and met a lot of great people. We need to keep Mike traveling and teaching.

This was a great group! I had a blast and it was great to reconnect with my Porsche friends. Can’t believe I broke my finger on Fri and managed to get this event done in record time.

I had a great time with some good people. Thanks to the Doc and Scotty.

Now I have a sorted tranny, next will be to finish putting my motor back together, install both back in, and drive the hell out of it.

Awesome time! Thanks Doc, for being so generous and patient...and Scotty...you were a great host. The coffee bar was much appreciated after (and before) a 7 hour drive. Impressive that the Evil one was able to handle all of us newbies while he was down a digit. Especially getting those snap rings on.

Here are some pics from the day. I wanted to make a youtube video, but it was nonstop cleaning and building! Happy to host one of these in the NY burbs anytime...
