My 2.7 914/6 MPG is 14 short trips running around and between near by towns, 15 freeway cruising at + 75 mph, and 17 touring with some twisty mountain road driving.

My '73 2.0 with a 2270 in it gets 20 all around, 17-18 with a heavy foot, and 25+ on road trips. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

I was just talking about this earlier today. 17 to 19mpg in my '72 1.7. There's gotta be a problem. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
