What are these pieces shown in the PET with no part numbers attached. And where can I get them?

I have a fuzzy memory that one of the other 914s I had long ago had a foam rubber pad and maybe a spring that went in the hole of the steering lock. I'm assuming these are to prevent rattles. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

A piece of foam and a spring is correct. Yes, to keep rattles down.
