I have seen a post on this site from a few years back about refinishing door handles to make them satin or matt black. Was wondering if anyone knows of a source to buy them prefinished this way.

You could have the handles de-chromed then find someplace to anodize them black. Probably an expensive exercise.

...or wrap them in flat black vinyl. $20 max and an hour, including getting your second beer.

I've tried wrap....can't really wrap the flapper. Ammazingly the gap tolerance in these handle is super tight.
I too am in search of drilled, black handles... |

I just scuffed the chrome, primed with epoxy and painted them. They have held up pretty well.
