My friend's 1975 914 1.8L radio is powered off the volt meter's key power wire. It quit working. Where do I look to see why the power quit? Is it a fused wire? Do I need to trace the console wiring harness back to the main harness by the tunnel?

Does the radio have a in line fuse?
