GLWTS. However, I am going to speculate the car may actually have 158K on it based upon overall condition. The problem with these speedos is they only went to 99,999 and then started all over.

Installing 5-digit odometers was the stupidest thing in the world. It was like Porsche saying "We don't expect our cars to last 100,000 miles, so don't bother with 6 digits." Guess they did not consider the arguments it would create in the future- case in point.
