I just ordered one of these. I'm in the same boat as you. Seem to be the only ones still making one for our cars.

Cheers.

Not yet. I'll check back in when the part arrives and I get it on. I was tipped off by another thread on the forum to this part though, so I'm not the first. :-)

It says fits model listed above and does not list any models. Ebay seller SHOULD know.
And they do not list a part number. I found what might be the one that fits on Amazon at a better price.

https://www.amazon.com/LUISI-Italy-Steering...e/dp/B01NC2X01N

Note that is also fits the rare 456 Porsche. Here is the listing of what the correct Momo hub applications. Porsche Hub Adapter, 914-4 (to-1971)

I am going to bet no on the fitment of the mystery Porsche hub.

I just ordered one of these. I'm in the same boat as you. Seem to be the only ones still making one for our cars.

My race car had a Luisi steering wheel installed in it when I bought it. I can tell you for a fact that the Luisi bolt pattern is not the same as Momo.

HOWEVER!

Note that both the eBay and Amazon one have two different 6-by bolt patterns. I was given a wheel extender from OPM that had both patterns, so I was able to bolt the extender to the Luisi adapter and my preferred Momo wheel to its other end.

http://www.ompamerica.com/product_info.php...products_id/433

So based on the photos I have high confidence that these adapters will work for Momo wheels.

One thing though is I'm not seeing is bosses to bolt the stock horn ring.

I eventually sold the Luisi adapter and bought a Momo (I have a '74). Here's photos of the back of the Luisi, note horn ring bosses:
