Gary-check out ForwardAir.com. I had my 6 2.2 shipped from Seattle to Toledo, and then shipped my 1.7 with trans to Dallas. Both were heavy, and both cost around $220-250 to ship. Cheaper then shipping by truck.

Might also try Pilot Air. I have had good results with them. You will need to take it to their terminal near the airport.
