Hi all,

For sale is a bunch of Porsche 914 and 914-6 parts (along with some 911 bits) that my grandfather has collected over the years. As he’s moved away from racing and now only has his one 914, he’s realized that he doesn’t need the cache of spare parts that he once did. I’ve been put in charge of cleaning house. This is a pretty comprehensive list of what he still has. If I come across anything else, I’ll add it.

I would love to sell this as a lot, or at least most of it (I realize that not everyone needs/wants an expensive race transaxle); however I am more than happy to sell individual parts at a first come first serve basis. I have short list of bulk/lot discount options that I’ve discussed with my grandfather in case that’s something someone is interested in. The entire lot adds up to over $19,000 with individual asking prices, but if anyone does want the whole thing I’ll knock it down to $16,000. Lot price options are also available without the race trans or VW Bus motor. Happy to discuss specifics with anyone interested. I realize that individual sales are far more likely, and so listed prices for individual items are somewhat firm. If there’s something you need or if you are interested in the lot please send me a message and I’m more than happy to discuss pricing and will consider reasonable offers. These prices do not include shipping, but I am willing to ship to anywhere in the US. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost, and I will send you a tracking number before dropping off items to UPS. Freight may be necessary for larger items such as engines so local pick up in Stratford, CT would be preferred, but I’m happy to figure that out with the buyer. Feel free to send my any questions you may have! Email is preferred as I am having a little bit of a hard time learning the messaging system on the forum. I'm sure I'll get it down soon, but I don't want to miss anyone's questions or requests in the meantime (my user name @ gmail.com). Thanks. -Sam

I believe I've responded to all messages at this point. Please send me another if I've missed you. I'm new to this forum and the messaging interface is killing me! I've added to the original post that emailing is much preferred and I've linked my email address to the ad so hopefully that works for everyone. Thanks!
