As some of you know, I rent about 1000 sf of space ~1 mile from my house. Not only do I work on my projects there, but I also store my toys there.

Unfortunately, the landlord informed me a couple months ago that she is selling the property. It will be redeveloped into housing so the workshop space will no longer exist.

I have to sell all my toys (except for my 2 father/son projects which are not 914).

The vehicles this group will be interested in are my 72 914 with custom interior and GT fender flares and my 71 914 with Subaru 2.5L drivetrain.

I will put some details here, but let me know if you have questions.

1971 with Subaru EJ25 and sideshift transmission - $10,000
This is a great running and driving car.
Powered by a Subaru water cooled EJ25 motor, this car has about 160hp and tons of torque.
Rust free car currently painted in a Gulf paint scheme.

All new carpet
Reupholstered seats with cloth insets
New aftermarket gauges and dash lights
New speedometer cable
New steering wheel
New air intake system
Rebuilt transmission (side shift 901 transmission)
New shift linkage
Rebuilt shifter
New stereo and speakers
New exhaust (not pictured)
New timing set and spark plugs
New ball joints and tie rod ends
New 3 point seat belts
New targa seals
Upgraded headlights
New rear brake calipers

I can't post pics from work so will add links to photos tonight. Here is current craigslist ad: 71 914 Craiglist Ad

1972 with GT Flares: $10900

Great condition 914. Fresh paint and body kit installed.

Motor is a 1.7 L with dual carbs (no longer fuel injected). The transmission is the stock 5 speed transmission.

Fiberglass Body kit installed and paint done by professional shop in Glendale.
Custom interior including new carpet, seat upholstery, door panels, dash covers, knee pad covers.
911 Wheels/tires
New brakes and wheel bearings in front
New Windshield
New brake master cylinder
New steering wheel and hub
New turn signal switch
New ignition switch
Gauges and electrical systems work
New stereo and speakers

Original motor was removed for cleaning and replaced push tubes, rods, seals and rocker assembly on passenger side. New wires, plugs, coil, cap, rotor installed.

On my punch list of things to do to the car:
Install new window seals. I have them still new in box from 914rubber.com, I have completed driver side door. Need to do windshield seal and passenger door.
Rekey the door locks so they work with existing key. I have new door lock cylinders.
Sync the carbs
Adjust the emergency brake cables
Install the glove box and glove box door. I have the parts.

Clean title - Box B 72 914 Craigslist Ad

Pics to follow.

I also have a new (to be assembled) 2056 motor for the 72. I paid $2500 for the motor and can work it into the deal (or sell separately).

Will sell everything as a package if interested.
