Am I missing the thread or has no one stepped up to set the plan?
Mark and Jamie isn’t it your turn again, maybe it’s Greenie’s time to come out of retirement!!!!

Yes, plans are in motion and from what I’m told, pretty much complete. 2018 will be Mark Whitesell and company...

Got this set up for June 7-10. Gonna be a poker run, working out hotel details, but if we can swing it theres a pretty cool and funky hotel that brees its own beer we are trying to co ordinate with. An autocross is possible, depends on if the property sells. May still be possible, but we cant get a commitment until we get closer on that.

Planned to firm up in Jan a few other details.

Actually, would like to see if North and South can organize drives in. Maybe multiple convoys.

I know some can't come at the same time, but the majority will probably leave about same time.

Anyone who wants to lend a hand is welcome. I know PDX Mike's wife is in on some of the planning as well as Cary (there will be a shop tour) My son Michael's wife Caroline will be helping as well as my wife and some friends.

The Gorge was fun, trying to top that, but it will be hard... but we can try.

Mark,

Do we have a city narrowed down yet?

Trying to get this in Forest Grove as it's close to the autocross area we want to use and the hotel (if we can work things out) that's a little funky but cool. The issue is parking and alcohol. We can drink theirs on site, but the BYOB parking lot may not fly. Thinking Keg sponsor, but they have to serve it. They also have meeting rooms that we could use too, but again we have to have them serve us. It's a little sticky in that they have multiple licenses to protect, but offers us some other options.

Rooms are reasonable with various levels of accommodations, but the parking lot interactions with beverages have to be theirs.

I plan to tap all the sponsors we can for donations to help sponsor some of the fun, and we will be making a significant donation in prizes and cash for the event.

Soggy in 2008? Hardly, judging from the sunburns. The Dalles motel was a first rate location.
