Available from one of the most avid 914 enthusiasts. After years of dreaming of this as my perfect 914, time has run out for me to make it come true. Looking to hand it off to someone who loves these cars as much as I do.( I am moving in 14 months and have an additional 20 thousand in 914 parts stock to sell)......time is short at this point..!!
The meticulous body restoration went as follows. >The car was completely disassembled<. With the exception of the bottom of the pan (already rust coated) and the gas tank area. All parts were soda blasted to bare metal. The following metal repairs were performed:
A small patch panel was installed in the "Hell Hole" (under the battery tray).
A new battery tray was installed.
A new rear trunk floor was installed.
New Jack points were installed.
A small metal repair was made to the driver turn signal nacelle.

The inside of the rocker panels are rust proofed!! Car Finished in factory Laguna Blue (it's original color), This car is very Impressive for it's age!!
Extras include fiberglass outer rocker covers, front and rear period correct factory rubber bumpers/ bumper shocks, (4) 15X5.5 OEM steel wheels, center main wire harness (with connections for the optional center console), rear windshield, door glass, 1/4 glass, and a new Austrian front windshield. Also pedal assembly/gas tank/fume filler tank...It Is a 2.0 body and comes with the factory front/rear sway bars..!!
(E brake Does Work).....
New addition please read>> This is a roller only (as pictured) with the parts listed supplied (not shown in pictures).<< I am selling it this way to provide someone the opportunity to complete or start a current 914 project they might have....I have multiple parts and pieces/motors/tranny's etc. to complete a stunning 914...depends on your requirements/direction/monies you care to invest...
New Info: My grand daughter and I have completed a full inventory of the parts that I had intended to build on the car. It came to over 23 thousand dollars..Many pieces are restored and New Old Stock along with NLA parts (no longer available)....Over 99% of the parts are original German Parts..It would be highly difficult for most to secure many of these parts, nor the time involved to even source them. If you have interest to build a phenomenal 914 contact me and will give you the details..My asking for the entire project car is 15 thousand..
More pictures available upon request... ... Clean Colorado title... ... I am willing to assist you facilitate your transportation. Offered "As is. No warranty, credits or refunds." No deposits. Cash payment in full or bank wire transfer only. Please Collect the car in a timely manner once paid for...IF you have a person to come inspect the car Or PPI as it is known, I more than welcome that..would prefer buyer to inspect..!!

I Have lowered the price by $1000.00 for the rolling chassis project..(down from 8500.00). I have over 10 thousand invested into it, along with many hours of prep/disassembly and transportation..It is too much of a temptation for me to build..as this was to be a personal high end project of mine.

Control arms and rear photos. My 75 has some rust issues. Have a good number of sheet metal parts to fix but this is so fine. At the price you are asking it has to be execptional. Not suggesting in any way it is not. But as I am pondering a new engine build at this this would alter my forward progress in a lot of ways

This is a note of another member here that is well known, that realizes the effort put into this car to this point. I DO Have every part for this car to build a 'Stunning' 914. If you would like to inquire, to go that direction, please PM me and we can discuss...Thanx for reading..
"I love the color. My long term goal is to sell what I have and get a 6. So at least the cars I have appreciating will help offset the ramp up in price of the 6. Crazy how we can rationalize hording these. I get it. I literally have almost every part but I don't have the time.
I'm sure you will sell it, just hold out on your price. The market will come to you."

Interesting how the parts I bought a few years ago from Porsche have either gone NLA or from double to quadrupled in price,,,some ways worse than a 356 or 911...!!
