I purchased this mirror from a member a few weeks ago. It's in nice shape but not as nice as I thought when purchased (my bad). It has a raised dent where the post mounts to the mirror back. I've seen this happen when the mirror get torqued while being adjusted (the base doesn't turn because it's frozen). It also has a rock pit and what appears to be a sanding mark. The mirror glass looks to be new.

I don't think this is correct for a 72. I believe the 72's had the later style mirror.
