I'm starting to shop for front and rear fiberglass bumpers for my 914. Who is the best source for good quality fiberglass bumpers currently?

I use Rennspeed for my fiberglass bumpers and have for my past 3 cars. The last time the 916 rear bumper was short on both sides and I was dissapointed with that but I could have fixed it. I will mention it to him next time I by some. Which may be very soon.

Try this thread.

I had "SERIOUS" problems with Rennspeed. Two right mounts glassed into my front bumper. I had to cut 1" out of the left side to get it to fit. The valance had to be cut on both side to get it to work. The rear bumper still needs work.

I got mine from GT Racing (Hank). They required some trimming and fabwork to attach to the car, as do most/all glass parts, but the quality and customer service were very good. Plus, they were essentially free with the sale proceeds from the (very nice) stock chrome bumpers, and shed major poundage off the ends of the car!

As far as I'm concerned, there's only one source: Getty

I've had many, and they were all crap (except for Getty).
