Talked to the seller. Not clear how you'd register this thing, he was not even sure he can give you a bill of sale (he is not the owner of the garage, but the owner said he's sell it to him for a bit of money with a bill of sale).

There is significant rust -- the floor pan behind passenger seat has a hole going through. This makes me think the hell hole is shot.

He wants $6k, which I think is way too much.

Pretty sure he got a few calls and now thinks it's worth a lot more. Pretty safe bet there's rust. Given the area. $6k ......not so much.
