Nice looking driver quality '74 2.0L for sale on BAT.....very strong money at $15K in the first day of the auction. Should be interesting to see where the auction ends up (7) days from now.

I'm very surprised at the bidding so far.....almost $20K! This a great looking car but there's numberous little issues and details that should be addressed. Here are several that I see.....

Front lower valance installed incorrect
Rear bumper guards twisted
Incorrect wheels
Incorrect spare wheel
Incorrect muffler
Front Porsche badge incorrect
Missing tool kit
Rear trunk foam pad missing
Rear trunk rubber targa roof supports broken
Rear trunk plastic targa roof supports should be bolted....not pop riveted
Rear trunk lid roller guide missing on drivers side
Rear engine lid Porsche lettering should be silver....not gold color
Rear engine lid rain tray plastic alignment spacers missing
Rear trunk plastic floor plugs missing
Rear targa top pad cracked
Engine compartment....several vacuum hoses & heater hose incorrect
Engine compartment electrical plastic relay cover broken
Incorrect battery size
Front trunk gas cap incorrect
Front bumper top pad distorted fit on drivers side
Drivers seat adjuster hoop missing (broken off)
Drivers side parking brake lever sits too low
Dash cracked
Incorrect steering wheel....should be leatherette wrapped
Incorrect radio
Center console cracked at cushion pad
Drivers door arm rest lid twisted
Drivers door rubber end cap missing
Drivers door hinge broken
Passenger door panel arm rest lower panel incorrect

Big difference it is not for sale here!

I am going to say the pop rivets are correct in the rear truck for targa top. I know some were riveted and some were bolts but I don't see someone replacing bolts with rivets.
