Do the Boxster calipers fit factory Fuchs wheels. And do they need to be 16 in wheels.
I am putting Boxster Calipers on my V8 car and I want to know that the 16 Fuchs factory wheels in 16 inches will fit with 7 inch (911) and 8 inch( 951) wheels, Or 8 in (911) Thanks as always for the help. Bob B (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) |

From what I’ve read on pelican, a lot of repro Fuchs don’t fit due to different inner dimensions than real Fuchs. The cast wheels require more material for the same strength and interfere with the larger calipers.

The caliper rubbed and would have required a spacer. This was on the rear with Boxster non-S calipers. I have Boxster calipers on both front and rear. I thought about a small spacer but with a narrow body the offset would have brought the tire even further out towards the fender and would have never fit. |
