Looking for 4 IDF velocity stacks. Not sure I need them with my TBI system but thought I would see if there were some out there for a reasonable price.

Yes. Have to verify size. But because they are only throttle bodies I am not sure if the stacks are even needed?

Not mandatory but in theory should improve flow and differing lengths can be used tune the intake length to take advantage of intake resonance.

Are you putting these on your 2056? 48mm ITBs are HUGE for that size motor, may run into some throttle modulation issues at lower RPM. Hit me up if you need some pointers on tuning ITB mode in Megasquirt. I just tuned a 2270 with ITBs last summer, lots of fun.
