So I took a chance on putting on 16X7 on a stock body, not going to work. Put the wheel on with no tire and it was easy to see I had a problem. Brake clearance was not a issue but the fender sure was. Stock 4 Fuchs has a 45 ET and the 16x6 Boxster has a 50ET. 23.3 offset was going the wrong way. Looks like I would need a 7R wheel but they are 15".

I currently have 16x6 boxsters on all 4 corners. I am using them as rollers. I know the 16x7 boxsters will work on the rears. Might just go that route

These fit easily in the front with a 1/4' spacer, and the rears require "rolling" the inner fender edges (with baseball bat or equivalent between the tire with the car raised to get the bat in between the tire and the fender) and then gently pulling the fender out a little by hand.  |
