The time has come to recover my seats, as the bolsters are starting to tear at the seams. I would like to recover the inserts in a blue matisse plaid. I understand that 914rubber has kits, but i'm changing it up a little bit by replacing the foam on the seat bottom and back and having the bolsters redone for more stability and security. Slip and slides are for the back yard in the summertime. Does anyone know where I can purchase the material.
Thnx Chris |

Thnx Chris Try a fabric store or an automobile upholstery shop or google upholstery material. We have a store called Mill End Fabrics in town that would have what you are looking for But it's local only and doesn't ship as far as I know. RenoRoger Reno, Nevada |

Said a message to George at Automobile Atlanta I think he has some. http://www.autoatlanta.com/Porsche-914-Plaid-srch.html |

You may not care and thats OK, but that cloth was not a factory option in 1973.

We took the effort to work with a manufacturer to get these made. They are correct and we did all 10.
