I finished building this 9146/ conversion, single turbo, on my '74 in 1978. Power was a 2.7L CIS with lower c/r pistons, methanol injection. Narrow body with 15" Fuchs, 911S front brakes, 9146 rear brakes, duck tail spoiler...a sleeper except you could hear it 1/2 block away . I kept this drivetrain until 1983, and went to 3.0L biturbo with intercooler (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

That was back when you took a picture and waited to develop it to see if you got a good one. You actually had to known what you were doing. Great picture.

Nice to see the car and you give each other so much through the years. How's your son's car going?

Thank you Edward ! My Son's type4 2L is such s cool weekend track warrior and sometimes his daily, he just wants to keep it that way (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)
The v8 beast that we are assembling right now is all new/pioneering territory , and we still manage 30 hours a week on it; this is while still working around our daily jobs (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumb3d.gif)
